Our new all purpose Tex-Cajun seasoning is inspired by both Texas and Louisiana cuisines. The Bull represents smoky and bold Texas flavors while the Bayou represents staples from Creole and Cajun flavors. Texas and Louisiana have special relationship and these spices are indicative of the two region’s matrimony.

Meet Our CEO

Tiffany Daniels founded The Bull's Bayou in 2018 in hopes of creating a catering service focused on smoked meats and cajun eats. However Tiffany's grueling schedule of being in the healthcare field delayed those aspirations. However, our customers couldn't get enough of the flavors in our smoked meats and cajun eats. Tiffany then decided to sell her hommade blend of spices which paired well with a variety of proteins, starches, and veggies. The Bull's Bayou prides itself on being a low-sodium, all-purpose spicy seasoning inspired by Cajun, Creole, and Texas cuisine. The company's mission is to share the flavors of the Gulf Coast with the world.
